P2 Cleaning Services is hiring an Operations Foreman to manage daily field operations, supervise cleaning crews, oversee equipment, and ensure smooth scheduling. Step in hands-on when needed to keep teams running efficiently!

Requirements:

• Experience as a Foreman, Field Supervisor, or similar role

• Team management in janitorial/cleaning services

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and field crews

• Manage schedules and track employee hours

• Maintain equipment and ensure safety compliance

• Provide hands-on support when needed

• Train and guide team members

• Report progress to Operations Manager
