Position: Operations General Manager

Location:  El Paso, Texas area

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting. Engineering or Supply Chain (MBA is a plus).
• At least 5 years in a Managerial role overseeing diverse operational functions.
• Proficiency in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Microsoft BI.
• P&L experience with Budgets, Finance and Accounting.
• Strong multitasking skills, leadership, communication, problem-solving.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in IT systems (ERP/MRP) and SAGE software relevant to Operations Management.
