Position: Operations General Manager

Location:  El Paso, Texas area

The General Manager will manage Operations, Procurement, Purchasing, Vendor Relations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Import/Export, Human Resources, Regulatory Compliance, Information Technology, and Accounting. Coordinates with Legal to resolve issues and CPA for Financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or Supply Chain (MBA is a plus).
• At least 5 years in a Managerial role overseeing diverse operational functions.
• Proficiency in Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and Microsoft BI.
• P&L experience with Strategic Planning, Budgets, Finance and Accounting.
• Strong skills in Leadership, Communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving.
• In-depth knowledge Compliance to relevant regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in IT systems (ERP/MRP) and SAGE software relevant to Operations Management.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
