Operations Management Coordinator – Your Job Duties
As the Operations Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Firm’s daily operations You will support the staff on administrative and document-related tasks with the opportunity to take on billable work for clients. You will:
- Seve as the primary point of contact for attorneys, law firms, and clients during the new client onboarding process
- Gather and verify case details, document collection, and upload into the CRM system
- Analyze client data to ensure project completeness, and identify missing items
- Support staff with administrative project tasks, including light data entry, redaction of sensitive information, report preparation, and schedule management
- Maintain CRM system to ensure all deadlines and milestones are being met
- Address client inquiries and troubleshoot issues to ensure high service levels
Operations Management Coordinator - Required Skills, Experience & Culture Fit
You have:
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, expertly coordinating multiple calendars and project schedules
- Excellent attention to detail. You stick with consistent processes so that nothing slips through the cracks
- Expertise with MS Excel. You can easily do VLOOKUPS, create pivot tables, and prepare spreadsheet reports
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for report preparation
- The flexibility to work remotely with occasional in-office visits to the Rocklin location as needed
- Experience in professional services or law environment (desired not required)
Operations Management Coordinator – Benefits & Pay for You
- Your compensation will be $32.00 - $34.00 per hour (estimated $65,000 - $70,000 annually) plus overtime as needed
- 401(k): Up to 4% company match
