Position: Operations Manager

Location: Hillsborough, NJ

Responsibilities:

Oversee all operational functions of the landscaping business, including scheduling, planning, and execution of landscaping projects for residential and commercial properties.

Manage a team of landscapers and crew members, ensuring optimal performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.

Maintain and foster relationships with existing customers while actively seeking opportunities to grow and acquire new clientele.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and business growth.

Coordinate snow removal operations during winter months, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to clients.

Monitor and manage inventory levels of landscaping supplies, equipment, and materials to support ongoing operations.

Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a leadership or management role within the landscaping industry.

Strong understanding of landscaping practices, techniques, and equipment.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards related to landscaping and snow removal operations.
