    Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations that support our comprehensive service solutions. In this role, you will ensure the efficient receiving, organization, and storage of products, as well as the smooth coordination of orders, deliveries, and on-site services. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining high-quality standards, and verifying that operations run smoothly from start to finish.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in logistics or operational management. You will collaborate closely with our service teams to ensure all equipment and setups are fully stocked, clean, and functioning at their best. This role also involves streamlining processes to improve efficiency and elevate the quality of service we provide.     Responsibilities

    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and ensure smooth execution of all service solutions.

    Ensure orders are processed, prepared, and delivered in a timely manner to meet customer satisfaction.

    Hire, train, and manage warehouse employees to uphold high standards of productivity and service quality.

    Develop and maintain employee work schedules to ensure efficient coverage for all operational needs.

    Manage stock from receiving to shipping, ensuring inventory is organized, accurate, and readily available for vending routes and micromarket services.

    Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and safety guidelines.

    Educate employees on workplace safety to minimize on-the-job accidents and injuries.

    Collaborate with vendors, clients, employees, and company leadership to ensure all operations work seamlessly and deliver exceptional service.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.

    Previous experience in warehouse management, logistics, or operational roles is strongly preferred.

    Proven ability to lead and motivate teams with excellent leadership skills.

    Familiarity with state and federal safety regulations, including best practices for maintaining a safe workplace.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with vendors, employees, and company leadership.
