As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in promptly addressing guest issues and embodying the spirit of our hotel by forming meaningful connections with our visitors. This role requires active daily participation across the property to ensure a seamless guest experience. Collaborating harmoniously with a dedicated team, the Operations Manager is dedicated to delivering exceptional, friendly, and efficient service, while optimizing room revenue, maintaining high occupancy rates, and prioritizing guest and staff satisfaction. Key responsibilities include overseeing the Front Desk, Billing, ensuring consistency in the property management system through training and inspections, and managing the Food and Beverage program.
