We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in Hunter, NY. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for promptly addressing guest concerns and embodying the essence of our lodge by forging meaningful connections with our visitors. The position entails active daily involvement across the property to ensure a flawless guest journey. Working in seamless collaboration with a dedicated team, the Operations Manager is committed to providing exceptional, warm, and efficient service. Key duties include supervising the Front Desk, Billing, maintaining consistency in the property management system through training and inspections, and overseeing the Food and Beverage program. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing room revenue, upholding high occupancy rates, and prioritizing guest and staff contentment to ensure a memorable experience for all.
