Responsibilities: • Strategic Leadership: Oversee all operational functions across departments, ensuring the business is set up for scalable growth. • Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement strategies that grow the company operationally and financially. • High-Level Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot obstacles, and identify solutions that improve productivity and efficiency. • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize KPIs and business metrics to evaluate operational success and make informed decisions for continuous improvement. • Innovation & Systemization: Lead the development and refinement of systems, processes, and workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations. • Operational Efficiency: Spearhead efforts to streamline processes, maximize resource allocation, and enhance operational agility. • Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor department heads and the operations team, driving a culture of accountability and high performance. • Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on operational opportunities that align with the company’s vision for growth and profitability. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and client services to ensure operations support the company’s overall goals. • Proactive Problem Solver: Identify gaps and opportunities in processes and develop actionable plans to fix them before they escalate. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of high-level operations management experience, ideally in the real estate or related industry. • Proven experience in scaling business operations and driving growth in a leadership capacity. • Strategic thinker with a proactive, forward-looking approach to business operations. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights. • Demonstrated success in process improvement, system development, and team leadership. • High-energy, dynamic leader with a solutions-oriented mindset. • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. • Experience with real estate operations, legal compliance, and financial oversight is a plus. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
