This role is integral to ensuring our property management services run smoothly and efficiently, exceeding the expectations of our clients. The Operations Manager will spearhead all operational aspects of the business, focusing on process improvement, team coordination, team training, compliance with fair housing laws, and brokerage as it relates to third-party property management and client satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Kettering, Ohio offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a growing industry. Compensation • Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000 • Paid Time Off • Benefits : Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, 401(k) Responsibilities: • Oversee Operations: Ensure efficient and effective daily operations across all departments. • Optimize Workflows: Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline processes. • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, track financial performance, and recommend enhancements. • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members to foster collaboration and productivity. • Compliance Assurance: Maintain adherence to property management regulations and company standards. • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure quality service delivery. • Data Analysis: Analyze operational performance and provide reports to upper management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. • At least 5 years experience in operations management, preferably in property management or real estate. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
