Compensation: • $65,000-$75,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Bonuses - Considered after a 120-day period • Rapid growth potential Responsibilities: • Assist the brokerage in managing the day-to-day operations of a 30+ person real estate brokerage • Maintain the culture and customer care systems to ensure business growth and referral collection from past, current, and future clients • Manage and fine-tune established systems for seller & buyer transactions, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support • Maintain and fine-tune employee onboarding systems • Assist the owner in recruiting talent to join the brokerage • Help maintain processing payment of company bills, payroll, assure the collection of commissions, maintain the budget, and generate financial report Qualifications: • Incredibly service-oriented attitude • Business development experience • Brokers license preferred • An eye for design and marketing • Very strong written and verbal communication skills used to keep all stakeholders informed at all times • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Learning-based, actively and independently seeking out answers when necessary • Strong work ethic and timely with very flexible work hours • Ability to focus and complete tasks in a fast-moving environment • Attention to detail and accuracy • Confidence in dealing with customers and colleagues • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Proven ability to succeed • Leadership and consensus-building skills • Comfortability in handling strong personalities • A strong drive and deep desire to succeed and grow into greater positions of responsibility, benefits, and pay • Strong verbal communication • Administrative experience in an office setting • Real Estate license (preferred but not required) • Real Estate industry experience is required Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
