    Operations Manager - Immigration Law Firm Location: Cambridge, MA Type: Full-Time Salary: Salary will depend on experience, but will be in the range of $90,000 plus a generous benefits package (paid time off; sick time off; health and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) matching) Are you an experienced operations professional with a passion for driving efficiency and making a difference? Our growing immigration law firm is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our non-legal business operations, streamline processes, and support our dedicated team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of our business systems and creating a supportive environment for our staff. Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day business operations and supervise non-attorney staff. • Develop and implement business processes to improve firm efficiency. • Lead human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations. • Collaborate on marketing and sales strategies and track key metrics for client acquisition and ROI. • Oversee financial processes, including billing, collections, and payroll. • Manage case progress and support paralegal staff to ensure timely delivery. • Lead strategic planning initiatives and optimize the use of technology. • Coordinate office events and manage vendor relationships. Qualifications: What We're Looking For: • 3-5 years experience in law firm operations, office management, or project management, managing/leading a team of at least 15 remote and in-person employees • Ability to drive operational improvements and implement business processes. • Experience with financial analysis, team management, and administrative oversight. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. • Preferred: Ability to communicate in a language other than English, such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, Haitian Creole, or other useful language. Compensation: $90,000+
