    Job Description: As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing client relationships, scheduling, and supporting overall business efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage daily operations and workflow of cleaning staff

    Schedule and assign jobs to cleaners and other team members

    Hire, train, and supervise cleaning personnel

    Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction on all projects

    Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

    Communicate with clients to address service needs or concerns

    Coordinate with dump runners and organizers to ensure smooth project execution

    Track job progress, budgets, and timelines

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the cleaning or service industry

    Strong leadership and organizational skills

    Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively

    Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Proficient with scheduling tools and basic computer applications

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
