We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our company’s essential operational and administrative functions. In this role, you will streamline processes, coordinate scheduling, ensure smooth client experiences, and manage vendor relationships. Responsibilities: • Coordinate team schedules, client onboarding processes, and coaching session logistics • Manage billing, invoices, and payment tracking to ensure timely revenue collection • Maintain and update internal SOPs, onboarding materials, and procedural documentation • Handle vendor communications, contract renewals, and office supply management • Evaluate current operational workflows and recommend efficiencies to optimize productivity • Implement and manage software tools (CRM, project management, billing, etc.) to support team needs • Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute webinars, workshops, and other client-facing events • Generate regular operational reports showcasing KPIs, expenses, and process efficiencies Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in operations, administration, or project management roles • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Comfortable working with CRM systems, project management tools, and office productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Asana) • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively collaborate with team members and external stakeholders • Ability to quickly assess issues and propose workable solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement • Meticulous record-keeping and process documentation to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
