Responsibilities: • Optimize team schedules, streamline client onboarding processes, and manage coaching session logistics efficiently • Ensure timely revenue collection by overseeing billing, invoices, and payment tracking meticulously • Update and maintain internal SOPs, onboarding materials, and procedural documentation accurately • Manage vendor communications, handle contract renewals, and oversee office supply management effectively • Evaluate existing operational workflows and suggest improvements to enhance productivity • Implement and oversee software tools (CRM, project management, billing, etc.) to meet team requirements • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to strategize and execute webinars, workshops, and other client-facing events successfully • Prepare and present regular operational reports highlighting KPIs, expenses, and process efficiencies to stakeholders Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in operations, administration, or project management roles • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Comfortable working with CRM systems, project management tools, and office productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Asana) • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively collaborate with team members and external stakeholders • Ability to quickly assess issues and propose workable solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement • Meticulous record-keeping and process documentation to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
