    Operations Manager in San Diego, CA, US: We are on the lookout for a proactive and meticulous Operations Manager to take charge of our company's vital operational and administrative tasks. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, coordinating schedules, ensuring impeccable client experiences, and overseeing vendor connections. Responsibilities: • Coordinate team schedules, client onboarding processes, and coaching session logistics • Manage billing, invoices, and payment tracking to ensure timely revenue collection • Maintain and update internal SOPs, onboarding materials, and procedural documentation • Handle vendor communications, contract renewals, and office supply management • Evaluate current operational workflows and recommend efficiencies to optimize productivity • Implement and manage software tools (CRM, project management, billing, etc.) to support team needs • Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute webinars, workshops, and other client-facing events • Generate regular operational reports showcasing KPIs, expenses, and process efficiencies Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in operations, administration, or project management roles • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Comfortable working with CRM systems, project management tools, and office productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Asana) • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively collaborate with team members and external stakeholders • Ability to quickly assess issues and propose workable solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement • Meticulous record-keeping and process documentation to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
