We’re looking to hire a professional and proactive operations manager/executive assistant(hybrid role)to help run our real estate investment company. Some of the tasks include developing a strategy to apply/manage business loans, focusing on improving net profits/operations.,manage real estate inventory for our flipping business, coordinate repairs with contractors, as well as personal tasks for the executives. Responsibilities: • Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive • Work with an executive to prepare for meetings and record minutes • Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks • Serve as the main contact for high-level executive • Take care of office management duties such as ordering filing systems and keeping track of office equipment and supplies • Manage business loans, mortgage loans, and other financial accounts • File documents and create organizational systems • Provide key strategic input to help grow company efficiency and net profits • Negotiate with vendors • Drive to properties and set up lockboxes and or take videos of properties. Oversee staging of properties and make sure properties are ready for showings • Coordinate executive's personal calendars, tasks, such as home cable installation, coordinate occasional grocery shopping, set personal appointments • Occasionally grant access to properties for buyers/construction crews Qualifications: • 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties • High school diploma or G.E.D. required • Experience using Microsoft Office • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Extremely strong problem solving skills • Extremely strong communication skills. Written and verbal • Professional, and driven • Positive attitude • Great work ethic • Trustworthy • Excellent computer/app/technology skills • Extremely strong operations, and financial skills • 1 Year or more experience in the real estate industry is preferred Compensation: $85,000 yearly
