    A well-established, local and growing General Contractor with $100M in annual revenue is in search of a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to help lead the company into its next phase of growth.

    With a strong pipeline of multi-family, self-storage, and retail projects, this is a high-impact leadership role offering long-term stability and career advancement.

    As the Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing company operations, optimizing performance across teams and projects, and driving innovation through process improvement and technology adoption. You’ll help shape the future of the business by refining internal systems, implementing best practices, and developing high-performing teams aligned around excellence and accountability.

    Operations Manager Responsibilities:

    • Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting a standard of excellence.
    • Build a culture grounded in persistence, accountability, teamwork, and resourcefulness.
    • Execute business strategies and procedures aligned with company vision and culture.
    • Oversee daily operations across field, admin, marketing, and accounting, driving performance and employee growth.
    • Align core functions to ensure unified pursuit of company goals.
    • Analyze internal operations to improve systems and processes.
    • Resolve issues effectively, managing conflict and promoting healthy, solutions-focused outcomes.
    • Mentor and support operations team members through coaching and guidance.
    • Set clear expectations, track key metrics, and ensure accountability.
    • Assign teams to projects, manage onboarding, and secure vendors and subcontractors within scope and budget.
    • Oversee project schedules and budgets, collaborating with teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
    • Conduct regular progress reviews, address delays, and enforce cost controls.
    • Guide teams in optimizing financial performance while maintaining project quality.
    • Oversee contract preparation and change orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
    • Ensure timely submissions and proper documentation while maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Manage payment applications, monitor accounts receivable, and ensure timely financial closeout.
    • Coordinate with accounting to ensure compliance with payment processes and regulations.

    Operations Manager Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in construction operations and project management
    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven ability to lead teams, develop processes, and implement procedures within a construction environment
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Skilled in contract negotiation, budgeting, and risk management
    • Ability to manage multiple projects while driving operational efficiency and process improvement
    • Proficient in data analysis, performance metrics, and business software (including MS Office)
    • Working knowledge of IT and business infrastructure

    Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 + Bonus
