We are seeking an ambitious, outgoing, career-oriented Operations Manager to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing the flow of boats and operations.This position is labor-intensive, involving a full shift of being on your feet and moving around! Boat maintenance, cleaning, and checklists are daily tasks. You must be comfortable speaking with customers and maintaining existing relations with our members, as well as working outside for the duration of your shift.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee docks
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient operations
Ensure company and compliance policies and procedures
Identify customer needs
Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach
Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed every day
Requirements
Ability to multitask
Greet Boat Club members & guests
Willing to work outside
Ability to control high-volume foot traffic
Handling labor-related tasks
Inspecting boats before & after rentals
Answer questions about general rental information
Effectively present our products to potential clients
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
