    We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Operations Manager to oversee the supplemental tutoring and coaching program for heimish schools. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing program, manage a team, and ensure smooth operations while providing high-quality service to schools and coaches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex workflows with efficiency and precision.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Set up, fine-tune, and maintain processes for the tutoring and coaching program.
    • Oversee the invoicing process – ensure proper documentation is collected from teachers and coaches before services are rendered.
    • Ensure timely and accurate payments to coaches and staff.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for schools, resolving issues and ensuring high levels of customer service.
    • Manage and support a team of coaches and staff, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing performance.
    • Maintain an efficient workflow by identifying and resolving bottlenecks quickly.
    • Act as part of a larger strategic team to tweak and review processes continuously.
    • Ensure all operations are handled in a tech-savvy manner, implementing new tools where beneficial.

    Qualifications and Must-Haves

    • experience in administrative or operational management, ideally in education or healthcare.
    • Proven experience managing teams, supporting workflow, and meeting deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving skills – ability to figure things out quickly and efficiently.
    • Computer proficiency – experience with invoicing systems, databases, and communication tools.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – ability to work with school administrators, teachers, and coaches.
    • Ability to manage complex operational details while maintaining a high level of customer service.
    • Fast thinker with a solutions-oriented approach.

    Preferred Experience

    • Background in education or healthcare.
    • Experience with heimish or Jewish educational institutions.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
