Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our small but dynamic FASTSIGNS center. The ideal candidate will be an organized and resourceful leader, capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining excellent customer service and profitability. The Operations Manager will work closely with the team to maximize efficiency and support the company's goals and vision.

Project Management: Oversee project timelines, from initial consultation to final production and installation. Utilize project management skills to allocate resources efficiently and meet deadlines. Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance. Identify opportunities to increase profitability, reduce costs, and improve the center's overall financial health. Quality Control: Implement quality assurance procedures to guarantee the highest standards of products and services. Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, managing supply chains effectively to support business operations and minimize waste. Marketing and Sales Support:Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and driving sales growth. Participate in community networking and marketing efforts to enhance the center’s presence locally.
