Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the company's operational systems and processes, maximizing efficiency and profitability while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind, strong communication skills, a deep understanding of business and financial principles, and a proven track record as an Operations Manager. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. We are seeking an individual that is goal driven and wants to be apart of a growing business. The Operation Manager will ensure our continued growth and profitability. This will include assisting with customer relations, and be a key aspect of hiring and training a team to meet our standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee all operational aspects of the business and meet established KPI's
Manage project scheduling and ensure timely completion
Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
Create strategic and operational goals and objectives
An ability to provide a second quote and assist in closing open estimates
Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability
Oversee Service Technicians and Field Supervisors
Utilize HouseCall service program
Ensuring invoices include photos of job sites, adding appropriate notes
Drive to local Job sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Assist in daily tasks directly with the Office Manager and CEO
Running weekly team meetings, holding a team accountable to a monthly revenue goal
Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Examine financial data and budgets and create financial forecasts
Set and monitor key performance indicators
Ensure customers have a five-star experience
Qualifications REQUIRED TO HAVE A PLUMBING BACKGROUND
Previous experience as an Operations Manager is preferred
Detailed Oriented, being precise and focused
An Innovated individual
Stable and reliable
Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Ability to analyze financial data and create budgets and financial forecasts
Excellent verbal and written communication
Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles
