  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Tasks will include overseeing staff on the shift you supervise
    • Conducting opening and/or closing duties when scheduled for that activity
    • Overseeing and running the facility including the selling of laser tag, arcade and bowling, restaurant and bar
    • Ensuring service standards are being met with guests
    • Money handling experience
    • This job will be scheduled a mix of weekday and weekend hours. We always schedule at least one day off on the weekend and two total days off a week
    • Other related tasks as assigned including some ordering, inventory, training
    • Work in a fun environment with seasoned professionals in a successful business
    • Position reports to the director of operations and general manager
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in a like job/field
    • Experience in a management position
    • Possess excellent communication skills and work well with a team
    • Possess leadership, interpersonal and written skills
    • Work well in a fast and dynamic environment
    • Have computer skills. Technology acumen is a plus
    • Can juggle performing tasks, delegating assignments, and overseeing staff
    • Past experience in the industry or food and beverage service is a plus

    COMPENSATION/NOTES

    - Pay commensurate with experience, $18-$22 per hour, 40 hours guaranteed

    Full time Hourly with PTO

    Could lead to Company promotions and possible Company paid benefits

    - Position reports to the Director of Operations and General Manager
