Our client is looking for a talented Operations Manager to oversee this newly formed Hydronics Division and help them continue their journey of growth and success.

    Job Description for the Operations Manager – Hydronics Division: As the Operations Manager for our Hydronics Department, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all operational aspects of our hydronics projects. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of hydronic systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

    Key Responsibilities for the Operations Manager – Hydronics Division:

    • Lead and manage the Hydronics Department, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
    • Thorough understanding of Hydronic radiant floor systems, baseboard hydronic systems, and hydro-air heating systems.
    • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
    • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance.
    • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
    • Help grow, manage and mentor a team of skilled technicians and engineers.
    • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.

    Qualifications of the Operations Manager – Hydronics Division:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred or industry tenure equivalent of 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, and Operations supervision experience.
    • Proven experience in managing hydronics operations within the HVAC or mechanical contracting industry.
    • Strong knowledge of hydronic systems and their applications.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
