General Summary IRPINO Real Estate & IRPINO Construction are family-owned and operated businesses seeking to hire an Operations Manager to lead daily business management and operations for both companies as well as personal assistance for the Owner, Dominic Irpino. The ideal candidate takes initiative, can adapt, work quickly in a fast-paced environment, and handle several tasks simultaneously. A high level of organizational and professional communication skills is a must. Responsibilities: Business Operations • General Office Management, Client Communication, Record Keeping, Accounting, and Insurance Preparation. Essential Functions: Personal Assistance • Email Management, Calendar Assistance/Management, Accounting, Tax & Insurance Preparation. Real Estate • Calendar Management, Listing Preparation, Transaction Management, Client Communication, Community Engagement, Event Management, Broker Management, Team Management, Webster Rental Management, Basic Designs on Canva, Managing Vendors and Virtual Assistant. Construction • Project Inquiries, Project Preparation, Invoicing, Project Manager Communication, and Database Management. Qualifications: • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred. • Detail-oriented and organized – can multitask, work well under pressure, and follow through with assignments and on commitments. • Experienced Manager, at least 1 year managing support staff. • Experience in the Real Estate or Construction Industry is a big bonus! • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills. • Time management – complete work/projects in a timely manner. • Event management experience, planning, coordinating, managing timelines, and executing various events. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Maintain the confidentiality of the company and activities of the Managing Broker. • Ability to give and receive feedback to improve skills and job knowledge. Technical Requirements • Microsoft Office Suite. • MLS / MRED bonus. • Canva / Design Management. • CRM (we use Follow Up Boss). • Attend seminars and classes as necessary and desirable to improve and maintain skills and knowledge and to keep abreast of new systems and processes that can be utilized on the team. Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
