    Seeking a Dynamic Operations Manager for a Growing National Accounts Team

    Are you a seasoned leader with a track record of managing managers and motivating high-performing teams? An expanding National Accounts Facilities department is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead, coach, and drive success across a talented group of Account Managers and their teams. This senior-level role offers the opportunity to influence operations at scale, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to the success of a dynamic, fast-paced organization.

    What You'll Do:

    • Inspire and Lead: Provide mentorship and management to a team of Account Managers, ensuring quality performance and professional development at every level.
    • Drive Operational Excellence: Analyze and optimize processes to reduce costs, increase profitability, and ensure operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with teams across the organization to enhance customer experiences, drive sales, and implement best practices.
    • Develop High-Impact Strategies: Establish and manage budgets, create actionable plans, and monitor key metrics to meet financial objectives.
    • Foster Customer Relationships: Act as a trusted point of contact for National Accounts clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and consistent communication.
    • Shape Team Performance: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide actionable feedback, and implement improvement plans where necessary.
    • Engage in Strategic Initiatives: Participate in hiring, training, and leading management and team meetings to achieve organizational goals.

    What You Bring:

    • A minimum of five years’ experience managing managers and leading teams in a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.
    • At least three years of cross-functional experience in customer service, policy development, or product management.
    • Proven success in budget creation and P&L analysis with at least two years of hands-on experience.
    • A Bachelor’s Degree (strongly preferred).
    • Exceptional leadership skills in dynamic, metrics-driven environments.
    • Strong familiarity with Windows-based programs and ERP systems.
    • Ability to excel in unstructured and fast-paced settings with a results-oriented mindset.
    • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
