Seeking a Dynamic Operations Manager for a Growing National Accounts Team

An expanding National Accounts Facilities department is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead, coach, and drive success across a talented group of Account Managers and their teams. What You'll Do:
- Inspire and Lead: Provide mentorship and management to a team of Account Managers, ensuring quality performance and professional development at every level.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Analyze and optimize processes to reduce costs, increase profitability, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with teams across the organization to enhance customer experiences, drive sales, and implement best practices.
- Develop High-Impact Strategies: Establish and manage budgets, create actionable plans, and monitor key metrics to meet financial objectives.
- Foster Customer Relationships: Act as a trusted point of contact for National Accounts clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and consistent communication.
- Shape Team Performance: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide actionable feedback, and implement improvement plans where necessary.
- Engage in Strategic Initiatives: Participate in hiring, training, and leading management and team meetings to achieve organizational goals.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of five years’ experience managing managers and leading teams in a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.
- At least three years of cross-functional experience in customer service, policy development, or product management.
- Proven success in budget creation and P&L analysis with at least two years of hands-on experience.
- A Bachelor’s Degree (strongly preferred).
- Exceptional leadership skills in dynamic, metrics-driven environments.
- Strong familiarity with Windows-based programs and ERP systems.
- Ability to excel in unstructured and fast-paced settings with a results-oriented mindset.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
