    COLSA Corporation has an exciting new opportunity for a Studies, Analysis, and Reports (SAaR) Project Manager to support our COLSA SAaR operation based out of the Beavercreek, Ohio office. This position analyzes program activities such as acquisition cost, schedule, and performance related to USG contracts. As prime on the Mobility (WL/WV) Task Order, COLSA supports the Government (USG) via SAaR by delivering product support options not being provided through traditional Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS). As such, COLSA delivers specialized surge-type support to our customers by providing them with valuable insights, acquisition products, and courses of action (CoA) designed to augment USG aircraft program office decisions leading to overall mission accomplishment. Duties include communication and interaction with customers, both USG and contractor, and internal employees/departments while identifying, capturing, and executing contracted Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) SAaR endeavors.

    • Support the execution of SAaR initiatives involving substantial logistics responsibilities blended with project management tasks

    • Possess knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System (DAS) and its application across the acquisition life cycle of supported aircraft programs

    • Create and maintain Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables related to acquisition product support activities

    • Collaborate effectively in both autonomous and team-oriented environments

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify and expand SAaR-related opportunities

    • Assist in the development and editing of Statements of Work (SOW) and Basis of Estimates (BOE) for SAaR proposals

    • Work efficiently in both telework and in-office settings

    • Forecast and manage schedules associated with SAaR project execution

    • Travel as needed (<10%) in accordance with contract travel authorization processes

    • Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, and adaptability in dynamic and evolving environments

    • Adhere to programmatic schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines, ensuring on-time submission of reports, data products, and action items

    • Research, analyze, and organize technical or statistical data for inclusion in briefings, publications, and program deliverables

    • Prepare various program documents and correspondence, including milestone documentation, staff summary sheets, and related materials

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related discipline
    • 7-9 years of related experience in DoD logistics management & project management
    • Proficient in standard Microsoft 365 suite of products (Excel; PowerPoint; Word; Project)
    • U.S. Citizenship required; Must have an active Secret Clearance. Clearance is required to begin employment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • PM and/or Logistics course certificate holder
    • DAWIA Level II/III in Life Cycle Logistics or Program Management

    • Ability to use Computer Assisted Drafting (CAD), accurate data entry skills, ability to operate and master various electronic devices and software programs as needed for surveying and mapping
    • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions
    • Ability to solve problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
