    Company Overview: Judit Inc, a leading labor solutions company is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as the Operations Manager for our work supporting our client who is providing mobile heath services as part of the NYC Humanitarian Emergency Response and Relief Centers Program (HERRC).  

    The nature of the NYC Programs and this position is based on a 24/7 model, and you will be expected to be available off hours as needed.

    Position Overview: As the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Judit and our partners are delivering the highest quality services to our client and their clients. This position will combine Operations and Relationship Management and serve as the on-the-ground leader for Judit in New York City.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to crisis situations, offering support to our client and partners as needed
    • Partner and serve as the onsite relationship manager with our client to ensure that Judit and our partners are delivering services that meet client needs.
    • Develop knowledge of best practices in the delivery of services and contribute to policy, process and workflow improvements.
    • Work closely with our vendor partners to ensure that the services they are delivering in conjunction with Judit are consistent with the requirements and regulations of the Program.
    • Perform administrative tasks as designated by the manager, ensuring smooth operational workflows.
    • Implement policies and procedures in line with company, client and regulatory guidelines.
    • Conduct site assessments to ensure service quality and compliance with standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in social work, behavioral health, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
      • Certifications in social work preferred.

    Skills and Abilities:

      • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Familiarity with crisis management, case management systems, and policy implementation.
      • Ability to travel to different sites weekly across NYC.
      • Proficiency in data collection and reporting.
      • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to behavioral health services.
      • Multilingual ability is preferred.

    Work Environment:

    This position requires travel to various client sites. This is an onsite position based in New York City.

  • Compensation
    $75,000-$95,000 per year
