As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of the agent's daily operations. This role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive environment for the agent while ensuring exceptional service for their clients. Responsibilities: Operations Support: • Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes. • Oversee a wide range of duties that contribute to the seamless functioning and growth of the agent. Listing Support: • Manage upcoming and live listings by preparing listing presentations and necessary documentation. • Coordinate with design, photography, staging companies, and contractor teams as needed. • Assist in all preparations to bring listings to the market and maintain MLS listings if requested. Strategic Planning and Growth: • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans to drive brokerage growth. • Provide insights and recommendations based on the company's long-term and short-term goals. Transaction and Database Management: • Oversee transaction management, including email correspondence, coordination with lenders, title companies, vendors, and compliance tracking. • Assist with client database support and assistance as needed. Client Interaction: • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the buying and selling process. • Select and coordinate client closing gifts to ensure a personalized and memorable experience. Company Growth: • Adapt to the expanding needs and size of the company, updating the scope of services as necessary. Executive Assistant: • Manage the agent's day-to-day operations, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, and managing his calendar and email as needed. Agent Tasks: • Provide essential agent support by assisting with open houses, inspections, showings, and client-facing appointments requiring a real estate license. Qualifications: • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the real estate industry. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MLS systems, Google Suite). • Real estate license preferred. Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000
