About the Role As our Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and lead a high-performing team. You'll act as the integrator ensuring we hit key performance goals and maintain operational excellence. Base salary plus significant company and individual bonuses. Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: • Manage and improve all business systems, including lead generation, deal tracking, acquisitions, and dispositions. • Optimize the deal pipeline by reducing inefficiencies. • Ensure timely, high-quality execution of transactions. Leadership & Team Development: • Establish performance benchmarks, motivate staff, and ensure accountability across departments. • Deliver ongoing training and career development opportunities to your team. KPI Monitoring & Reporting: • Develop, track, and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all departments. • Present weekly and monthly reports to leadership with actionable insights. Systems & Processes: • Implement and document repeatable systems. • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. • Leverage software tools to improve operational efficiency. Collaboration: • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to align operations with the company’s strategic vision. Compensation: $40 - $45 hourly
