About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or healthcare. The ideal candidate will have proven operational expertise and a track record of successfully overseeing teams and HR processes in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational aspects of the organization, including staff management, HR processes, and team coordination.

Must-Haves:
