Operations Manager Salary - $90,000-$125,000 total compensation (base + bonus)
The Operations Manager is responsible to recruit and coach all team members to build a strong performance based office. This role will support the company goals and strategies of the Company Owned Operations.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Recruit and coach team members, promote teambuilding and engagement in the office
Schedule and conduct department and company meetings and weekly GS&R’s with direct reports
Coordinate and discuss financial/operational matters on a regular basis with finance personnel and department leads
Responsible for expense budget maintenance
Review and discuss sales performance with operations manager/department managers and marketing lead
Review plans and needs of the company
Review staffing and operational changes needed by departments
Participate and lead in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process of A players
Responsible for coaching and developing A players with leadership development skills and position development skills
Conduct and Complete weekly GS&R meetings with direct reports
Complete Goal Setting & Review meetings with direct Manager
Participate in monthly GM meetings and required company meetings
Implement, follow, and communicate company policies and procedures
Ensure proper communication between departments
Ensure compliance with third party administrator in respect to insurance guidelines
Responsible for maintaining participation on insurance carrier programs
Responsible for resolving escalated customer service matters
Professionally represent the Paul Davis Restoration principles of honesty and integrity

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Business Management or related field
Five plus years’ experience in management and construction
Five plus years’ experience in a Project Management and/or Estimator role
Experience with reading and interpreting financial statements
Preferred Education and Experience
Five to ten years’ experience in restoration or construction field
Sales experience
General Contractor’s License
Leadership Development Trainings
IICRC certifications
Physical Requirement
Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 75% of the time
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about a customer job site (indoors and outdoors)
Occasionally ascends and descends a ladder to service customer sites
Constantly operates a computer
Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
Occasionally will lift up to 50lbs
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
Work Environment
The employee will be working indoors and outdoors. The employee will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
Travel
This position will require up to 25% local travel to jobs sites, trainings, and company events (as needed).
