Fish Window Cleaning is looking for the right person to join our team! This Key Employee will help develop the next stage of growth, and have an opportunity for long term success in beautiful Santa Barbara!

The Operations Manager will work with our Office Manager to provide outstanding service for Commercial and Residential customers. The management functions will take about 10/hrs week. Experience working with and managing a small crew. The balance of your time will be window cleaning as needed, estimating and sales. This is a great job if you have leadership skills and are physical, enjoy working outside, and can work independently. Training will be provided as needed.

Job Functions:

Work with office manager/scheduler to "get the work out"

Manage equipment for use in field.

Conduct weekly safety training for window cleaners

Clean windows

Estimate jobs

Sell cleaning services and add customers

Requirements:

• Organized and Dependable • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others • Good oral and written communication skills • Experience selling and/or working with customers preferred • Ability to train others

Valid Driver's License

Auto Insurance

Dependable transportation
