• This role will have oversight/autonomy of single plant location
• Oversight of 40 direct and indirect production employees
• Cross-functional interaction with quality, engineering, planning, purchasing departments
• Fast paced environment pushing order / processing orders and getting them through the shop, solid leadership experience a requirement
