Ideal Candidate:- • Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and project management tools like Notion. • Skilled at building strong client relationships and meeting their needs with care and professionalism. • Expert in organizing workflows for efficiency and scalability. • Adaptable and innovative in problem-solving, embracing new tools and creative solutions. • Passionate about real estate operations or eager to learn, with a preference for a real estate license within 90-180 days. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Marina del Rey, CA. Working hours are Monday - Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with occasional nights and weekends. Compensation Package includes:- Competitive Annual Salary + Bonus - PTO - Healthcare Stipend Responsibilities: • Develop and improve operational systems for listings, buyer processes, client management, and marketing workflows to optimize efficiency. • Serve as a reliable point of contact, ensuring clients receive the necessary support and guidance throughout their real estate journey. • Create and manage a marketing calendar while overseeing the production of branded content, including social media video editing. • Implement technology tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, and AI applications to streamline operations and boost productivity. • Collaborate closely with Shannon and the team to identify process gaps, introduce effective solutions, and foster a positive team dynamic. Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are a must. • Previous experience in operations, project management, or leading teams, ideally within real estate or a related industry, is required. • A strong track record of successfully establishing and managing systems is essential. • Must possess effective prioritization skills and have a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Being tech-savvy with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning is highly valued. Compensation: $72,000 - $85,000 yearly
