As the Operations Manager (OM), you’ll be a key player in transforming the operational side of a high-producing real estate team. Who We're Looking For: • Tech-Savvy Innovator: Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and project management tools like Notion. Familiarity with basic video editing and AI tools is a plus. • Client-Focused Leader: Able to build rapport with clients and anticipate their needs while maintaining professionalism and care. • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Skilled in creating and managing workflows, ensuring all processes are streamlined and scalable. • Adaptable Problem-Solver: Comfortable learning new tools, adapting to changing priorities, and finding creative solutions. • Real Estate Enthusiast: Experience in real estate operations or a willingness to learn. A real estate license (or the ability to obtain one within 90–180 days) is preferred. This is a full-time, in-office/hybrid position. Typical work schedule is Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, with some nights and weekends. Compensation Package includes Annual Salary + Bonus, PTO, and Healthcare Stipend. Responsibilities: • Optimize Operations: Build and refine systems for listings, buyer processes, client management, and marketing workflows. • Client Care: Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring clients feel supported throughout their real estate journey. • Marketing & Content Creation: Develop a marketing calendar and oversee branded content creation, including video editing for social media. • Tech Integration: Use tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, and AI-powered applications to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. • Collaborate with the Team: Partner with Shannon and the team to identify gaps in processes, implement solutions, and foster a positive team culture. Qualifications: • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Proven experience in operations, project management, or team leadership (preferably in real estate or a related field). • A track record of successfully building and managing systems. • Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines. • Tech-savvy with a growth mindset and a love for continuous learning. Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 yearly
