Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations, in logistics, transportation, and dispatch. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the operations team.
• Ensure daily tasks are prioritized and completed effectively.
• Implement operational improvements.
• Communicate effectively with customers and facilitate their needs.
• Collaborate on Rush/Hot pricing, ensuring profitability is maintained.
• Manage routes and schedules, a week prior and during the week's routes.
• Process the "Felts Not Shipped" report to verify correct freight routing and prevent omissions.
• Review routes to assess profitability, delivery timeliness, and scheduled pickups.
• Develop, document, and maintain operational procedures and SOPs.
• Participate in on-call rotation, as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, and management.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
