The Atlas Portfolio is looking for an A+ Player Operations Manager with property disposition responsibilities as well. This role will help ensure our real estate transaction process runs smoothly from contract to close, manages both buyer and seller clients, and sells properties for the highest possible number to meet revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a highly detail focused and driver personality, is comfortable with hard work, and is revenue-motivated. We are a highly technical team looking for hard-working Operation Manager to expand our position in the Colorado real estate investment market. Position will have salary and commission component. Responsibilities: • Be the industry leader in Real Estate Investment Operations. Go above and beyond to close deals and keep our process running like clockwork • Drives progress within and outside of our organization to get deals done • Take ownership of closing investment properties from signed contract until the closing table, working with both buyers and sellers • Track KPIs (key performance indicators) to maintain strong growth and guide the team towards increased profitability • Disposition off-market properties to end buyers by generating interest and leverage social connections to develop buy network • Show off-market properties to potential buyers Qualifications: • Excellent people skills • Excellent organization and extremely detail focused • Excellent problem solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Calm under pressure • Computer skills • 1–3 years of industry and sales experience • Real estate experience is required (may consider highly experienced operators from other industries) • Experience with a real estate investment firm or wholesaler is a bonus Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 yearly
