    The Good Feet Store - LRG Investments Group is seeking a Director of Business Operations to play a critical role in the overall success of operational processes and performance. This role is responsible for building and executing a sustainable operations program. This role will oversee the day-to-day activities of the home office. In addition, this role will act as a driving force to motivate and develop our sales teams, executing and implementing procedures created during the direct partnership with the VP of Sales.

    The Good Feet Store was founded in 1992 and has become the market-leading manufacturer and retailer of premium, personally fitted arch supports. There are around 250 stores across the U.S. and abroad, all focused on comfort and pain relief of the customer.

    What You'll Do

    Lead back-office operations including implementing policies, procedures, controls; overseeing day-to day operations; and ensuring systems/processes are meeting the business needs for the Sales Teams.

    Develop and implement plans to achieve operational, administrative and service expectations.

    Continually investigate, introduce and support continuous improvement efforts. Ensure effective and efficient workflow and communication processes are in place.

    Support business objectives and produce results that are effective, accurate, timely, and on target to meet business and stakeholder needs by developing and implementing strategies to improve and enhance operations.

    Provide project leadership and expertise in developing operational metrics and process management that assist stakeholders in delivering process performance that reflects continuous improvement and includes appropriate controls so improved results can be sustained.

    Prepare regular reports for Leadership and recommend actions to improve sales outcomes.

    Monthly analysis of Follow Up compliance for assigned stores; takes appropriate action with store if they have fallen out of compliance.

    Monthly analysis of operational data and delivery patterns to ensure stores are operating efficiently; provide monthly reports to assigned team members.

    Serve as a resource and provide support to Store team members in the general day-to-day operations.

    Assist the VP of Sales with any projects that arise

    What We're Looking For

    Minimum five (5) years management experience or relevant experience. Proven leadership skills, organizational skills, problem solving skills.

    Ability to make decisions and use sound judgement and effective problem solving while working with little supervision.

    Ability to interact with employees in giving or receiving basic information by telephone or in person.
