Responsibilities:
Drive operational efficiencies, team productivity, and exceptional customer service.
Own the logistical complexities of the weekly schedule, ensuring field operations run smoothly.
Promote and maintain a safety culture among the team, while training on operational best practices.
Work with community donation, recycling, and disposal partners to create unbreakable relationships to ensure the disposal of items the green way.
Lead as the operational decision maker, empowering your teams to make field decisions while acting as a supportive sounding board to their ideas.
Accountable for customer escalations to ensure positive customer outcomes.
Responsible for the overall truck and equipment maintenance schedule.
Execute guerilla marketing tactics to win repeat business, referrals, and new customers.
Collaborate with leadership to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement.
Qualifications
2+ year of operations or related experience
Experience leading a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – this is a customer-facing role
Safety-first mindset
Ability to learn and use technology quickly and efficiently
Ability to problem solve on the fly to get the job done
Supply and reliably use your own mobile phone
Ability to lift 75 lbs
