    We are seeking a highly organized, strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our teams operating systems, recruiting, onboarding and agent development. If you’ve been frustrated in the current or past positions by a lack of appreciation and because your suggestions for improvement not only were not adopted, but felt totally ignored, then our team might be the perfect place for you. This role is critical in driving growth, establishing sound operating systems, enhancing company culture, and developing and supporting sales agents. The ideal candidate will be consistent, a creative thinker, willing to share ideas, a team player, and capable of moving initiatives to the finish line. Responsibilities: • Attend industry events, open houses & other opportunities to recruit new agents to our team • Answer questions about contracts and matters relating to brokers • Train new agents on our systems including Workman, Hubspot, Dotloop, etc • Instruct salespeople on how to keep track of their leads and deals, as well as how to organize their phone calls and make strategies for each lead • Participate in the development of initiatives to boost team motivation, business growth, and agents' ability to uncover new business opportunities • Support our marketing team with opportunities for agent marketing according to their specific needs 1. Weekly Reporting & Analytics: • Develop and deliver weekly performance reports with key metrics across all departments. • Monitor business performance against goals and recommend improvements based on data insights. 2. Recruiting, Onboarding, and Ongoing Development: • Lead efforts to recruit top talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new agents. • Develop an onboarding experience to integrate new hires into the team quickly. • Create comprehensive training programs for new hires and continuous learning for existing staff. • Implement agent accountability coaching using a “double looping” feedback system for continuous improvement. 3. Systems Upgrade & Management: • Identify opportunities for system upgrades or new technologies that enhance business operations. • Oversee the integration of new tools and ensure successful team adoption. • Manage marketing systems effectively. 4. Vendor Management: • Systematize vendor relationships, ensuring contracts and services are consistently managed and optimized. • Build long-term partnerships with reliable vendors to support the business and ensure high service levels. 5. Culture Development & Team Engagement: • Lead initiatives to raise the company’s culture by fostering team unity, recognition programs, and open communication. • Design and implement strategies that reinforce the company’s core values and contribute to a positive workplace. 6. Team Communication and Meetings: • Develop scalable solutions for regular team huddles, incorporating technology, satellite groups, and leadership delegation to maintain consistent team alignment. • Implement virtual or hybrid huddle models that allow for seamless interaction and engagement, regardless of team size. 7. Team Leadership & Collaboration: • Collaborate with the leadership team to align operations with broader business objectives. • Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and team collaboration. Qualifications: • Stays organized and manage time well • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively • Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on real estate or a related industry. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities. • Expertise in CRM systems, vendor management, and business tracking technologies. • A track record of driving agent accountability and coaching to improve performance. • Excellent communication, organization, and team-building skills. Compensation: $48,000 - $175,000 yearly
