    We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Topside Inn in Boothbay Harbor, ME. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading our team, and ensuring both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be challenged with developing and maintaining procedures, analyzing performance metrics, training and leading our team as well as ensure our guests receive the best possible experience. This is a seasonal position with potential for growth in our expanding company. Housing is available. Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of the hotel, including staffing, inventory, and budgeting • Develop and implement strategies for the efficient delivery of guest services and for increasing guest satisfaction • Oversee the development and maintenance of all operational systems, policies, and procedures • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and sanitation regulations • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform decisions and strategies to improve operational efficiency Qualifications: • 3+ years of operations experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus • Proven track record of successful problem-solving and decision-making • US Work Authorization and valid driver’s license • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • An analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with all levels Compensation: $950 + weekly
