Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration industry, is hiring an Operations Manager. This position will be located in Royse City, TX. The Operations Manager is responsible for creating high levels of client satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of their services. The Operations Manager will exceed established performance standards through continuous process improvement, training, and development of employees. They are seeking a candidate with exceptional leadership skills, who maintains a positive attitude and remains flexible and open-minded as the company continues to grow.

Benefits:

Base Pay $70K

Responsibilities:

• Manage employees, implement procedures, and hold key personnel accountable
• Responsible for helping to achieve company goals
• Respond to property damage emergency calls when required
• Plan, organize and manage crews and subcontractors
• Establish and maintain client relationships
• Attend or run appropriate company meetings
• Handle all inquiries for the team and demonstrate a high level of problem-resolution and technical assistance
• Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and developing employees, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing their skills and abilities
• Conduct performance evaluation of all direct reports
• Partner with Rebuild Manager to build SOP and increase department success
• Additional duties as required

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience within the construction/restoration industry
• At least 2 years experience in a leadership role
• Proven ability to build, motivate, and maintain high-performing teams
• Excellent computer skills
• Xactimate experience
• Industry specific certifications such as IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT. MRS desired but not required
• Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)
• Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
