  • Responsibilities

    · Provide day-to-day leadership and management to the organization.

    · Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. Provides timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.

    · Manage and supervise Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT), Support, and Maintenance staff. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling, training, hiring, terminating, 90-day and annual reviews, performance improvement plans, and mediation.

    · Work with the BHT staff to schedule all transports, including, but not limited to, admissions, doctor appointments, discharges, events, and outings.

    · Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.

    · Provide company’s training in all areas.

    · Work alongside management to ensure company finances are in order, including approval of your department expenses. This includes ensuring that your department remains within its allocated quarterly and annual budget.

    · Oversee and manage the safety of employees and clients.

    · Stay in communication with referral sources and families.

    · Must be accessible and available for on-call communication with BHT staff daily and on weekends, nights, and holidays.

    · Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that will be submitted upon request. Complete incident reports according to policy in a timely, accurate manner.

    · Communicate with other staff as necessary to promote quality client care.

    · Participate in maintaining clean, properly supplied, and efficient work areas.

    · Interact appropriately with clients, showing them respect while maintaining boundaries.

    · Always maintain a professional demeanor and exercise sound professional judgment and seek assistance as necessary to effectively manage client behavior.

    · Protect the privacy of all client information in accordance with the organization's privacy policies, procedures, and practices, as required by federal and state law, and in accordance with general principle of professionalism as a health care provider.

    · Report any concerns regarding company policies and procedures on client privacy and any observed practices in violation of the policy to their supervisor.

    · Becomes familiar with Substance Abuse federal & state laws, regulations, etc. and the application of such.

    · Facilitates an environment that promotes team building and collaboration. Motivates, encourages, and empowers staff to achieve personal, team, departmental and organizational goals. Recognizes individual and team accomplishments.'
