    The Role

    As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operations of the practice. You will ensure seamless workflows, foster accountability, and create an environment where team members and patients thrive. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team while driving growth and operational efficiency in a premier dental practice.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team of hygienists, dental assistants, receptionists, and dentists. Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
    • Operational Excellence: Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accountability across all practice operations.
    • System Optimization: Implement and optimize systems to improve workflows, patient experiences, and overall efficiency.
    • KPI Management: Establish, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet practice growth targets and ensure team alignment with goals.
    • Practice Management: Oversee the front office and clinical teams to ensure proper use of dental software, scheduling, and billing processes.
    • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control expenses, and prepare reports on practice performance using Excel and cloud-based tools.
    • Professional Development: Promote ongoing education and professional development for team members.
    • Collaboration: Partner closely with the practice owner to align daily operations with the practice’s vision and mission.
