    Who are we looking for? We seek a detail-oriented professional with a background in marketing who enjoys real estate but prefers operations over sales. This individual will independently develop, implement, and manage marketing and operational systems to improve efficiency and support our growth. Strong communication, organization, and creative skills are essential. Responsibilities: • Marketing Strategy: Co-author and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, maintain brand image, and communicate marketing plans to the team. • Content Creation & Social Media: Create, schedule, and post several engaging pieces of content using a publishing scheduler, generate video ideas, manage responses, and grow engagement across social media platforms. • Email & Blog: Develop and send bi-weekly newsletters, publish weekly blog posts on the website and social media. • Event Coordination: Plan and execute client and agent events, including logistics, RSVPs, sign-in, and photos. • Collateral Creation: Design in-house marketing materials (flyers, workshop promotions, recruiting events) and coordinate with vendors for outsourced materials. • Support Tasks: Assist agents with listing entries, CRM updates, and administrative staff with file processing and lead tracking. • System Development: Create and document efficient marketing and administrative systems and maintain an operations manual. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 1–3 years of experience in marketing and graphic design. • Proficient in Canva, Google Suite, Office tools, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. • A Real Estate license is helpful, but not required. Compensation: $20 - $26 hourly
