About the Role:A growing healthcare company is seeking an Operations & Process Manager to oversee daily operations, implement efficient workflows, and ensure compliance standards are met. This role requires a highly organized individual with proven leadership experience, who takes initiative, follows up without prompting, and ensures tasks are completed with precision and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage operational tasks, including payroll and timely regulatory submissions.
- Streamline and improve workflows to ensure lasting efficiency across multiple entities.
- Supervise a growing team of 15+ employees, with team leads reporting directly to this position.
- Oversee compliance processes, ensuring documentation is accurate and deadlines are met.
- Respond to escalations from external agencies or clients in a calm and professional manner.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding processes for new team members.
- Ensure team accountability and consistent adherence to established processes.
Qualifications and Skills:- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and guide teams effectively.
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to follow-up and task completion.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing large volumes of documentation with accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Process-driven mindset, focused on creating and maintaining efficient systems and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Able to stay calm under pressure and think on their feet when resolving issues.
- Proficiency in basic software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry systems).
- No prior healthcare industry experience necessary; training will be provided.
