We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our management team at the headquarters office. Responsibilities: • Oversee operations always to ensure smooth management for all offices • Onboard new staff members and assist with orientation • Relay HR-related issues to HR representative and assist with PTO schedule • Tracking hours for part-time employees • Daily accountability check-in for remote locations • Assist with temporary personnel and office coverage • Vendor management and invoice approval • Assist with the development of the operating expenses at budgeted levels • Perform variance analysis quarterly with corrective plans to address any negative budget variances in cooperation with the accounting department and CFO • Implement preventive, ongoing, and maintenance/repair programs for office equipment • Assist with office upfit projects and grand openings • Assist with the development and implementation of programs and processes to reduce short- and long-term operating costs • Maintain business owner insurance policies and implement hazard control and safety practices • Developing Others – provides challenging and stretching tasks and assignments for administrative staff, and assists with staff training and recognition programs • Assist in any other assignments as designated by the team leader Qualifications: • Knowledge of computer programs (Excel, Outlook, and Word) • Learning on the Fly – learns quickly when facing new problems, is open to change, and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks • Problem-Solving – uses rigorous logic and common sense to solve difficult problems with effective solutions, probes all fruitful sources for answers, can see hidden problems, looks beyond the obvious, and doesn’t stop at the first answers • Must have the ability to communicate effectively, train, and supervise local administrative staff • Must be on-site and can visit company branches in North Carolina and South Carolina • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills • Result Orientated - pushes self and others for results • Must be able to maintain confidential information Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000
