Position Overview
This is a full-time on-site position in our North Scottsdale office. The Entry-Level Operations Specialist will play a vital role in supporting our client campaigns on platforms such as Angi, Yelp, Thumbtack, Networx, Nextdoor, and more. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative team setting and is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management:
* Set up, monitor, and optimize client campaigns across multiple lead generation platforms.
* Ensure campaigns are running effectively by analyzing performance metrics and making adjustments as needed.
- Client Support:
* Assist in onboarding new clients by gathering required information and setting up accounts.
* Respond to client inquiries related to campaign performance, budgets, and lead quality.
- Data Entry & Reporting:
* Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and updates in internal systems.
* Prepare detailed reports for internal and client review, highlighting key metrics and performance trends.
- Collaboration:
* Work closely with team members to share insights and ensure consistent campaign success.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery of client goals.
- Quality Control:
* Review and verify campaign settings, budgets, and lead flows to ensure all accounts are aligned with client objectives.
* Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise in campaigns or platform integrations.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new tools quickly.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with platforms such as Angi, Yelp, Thumbtack, Networx, or Nextdoor is a plus but not required.
- Experience in customer service, administrative roles, or marketing support is an advantage.
