Job Description
- Resolve discrepancies between client trade details and counterparty instructions.
- Communicate settlement details to client custodians for various markets.
- Monitor and address failed trades, cash movements, collateral settlements, and corporate actions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and reports with clients and counterparties.
- Understand and follow market settlement procedures and asset restrictions.
- Manage daily work volume, adhere to deadlines, and use IMO technology for transactions.
- Collaborate with the team, update procedures, and provide feedback on counterparty performance.
- Deliver superior client service, respond to inquiries, and ensure data privacy.
- Proactively address risks and follow BCP and security protocols.
Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in the office / 3 days WFH
