    POSITION: Project Manager/Ops Specialist within Private Bank Philanthropic Solutions

    FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Fulltime

    LOCATION: Dallas, TX

    SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm shift

    PAY RANGE: $20.00 – 23.55 hourly

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • The Project Manager sits within the Private Bank Philanthropic Solutions group and is responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of a new third-party vendor solution with a specific set of client accounts.
    • The vendor solution will incorporate client data from various custodial platforms, which feed client account activity to complete performance measurement analytics and accounting reports.
    • The Project Manager will be a dedicated resource to client teams and will participate in the on-boarding process and work with advisors to support ongoing client needs.
    • The role communicates frequently with members of the client’s coverage team, including client advisors, client managers, portfolio managers, among others.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee on-boarding of clients to third party vendor platform, including managing and completing the required hands-on activities
    • Work with client team to gather the required documentation including client signatures
    • Complete onboarding template documents
    • Gather historical information (alternative investment fund cash flows, performance), as needed
    • Correspond with any necessary third parties (i.e. custodian, alternative investment general partners and administrators), including serving as an issue escalation point to get third parties to work with the third party vendor on integrations
    • Communicate frequently with members of the client’s coverage team, including client advisors, client managers, portfolio managers, among others.
    • Serve as day-to-day liaison between the third-party vendor and client teams
    • Help test, identify problems, and aid in issue resolution and provide oversight of issue tracking and/or resolution
    • Ensure data quality and process excellence
    • Conduct proactive quality assurance, problem resolution and provide ongoing assistance to clients and their advisors with respect to performance analytics and aggregated reporting
    • Act as primary interface for relevant vendor, providing primary communication around client account needs and relevant deadlines
    • As a subject matter expert, handle elevated items and ad hoc issues while delivering superior customer service, promotes best practices across the group, and helps implement efficiency ideas and project enhancements
    • Participation in pilots/lead testing initiatives for projects
    • Communicate performance/tool enhancements/known issues/best practices/etc.
    • Oversight of issue tracking and/or resolution
    • Preparing and updating policies and procedures

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
    • 3-5 years experience in project management
    • Knowledge of investment asset classes, particularly alternative assets
    • High degree of attention to detail
    • Must have strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Strong collaborator with full client team
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Experience in monthly / quarterly close processes, report preparation, account
      reconciliation and journal entry preparation
    • Experience with accounting entries to formulate investment performance calculation
    • Knowledge of Performance Measurement/Reporting
    • Proficiency with Excel, Work, PowerPoint and other similar applications
    • Team player with ability to work independently
    • Must have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to interact with a broad range of stakeholders, partners, and personalities
    • Ability to build close working relationships with support groups including specialized vendors, technology and operations.
    • Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and consistently shows initiative
    • Process improvement expertise
    • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems
